Individualized Counseling
I work best with individuals ready to explore how their emotions shape daily life. If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck—and you're open to self-reflection and strategy-building—we’re a great fit.
In a supportive, judgment-free space, we uncover unconscious patterns, challenge impulses, and build practical tools for stress management and emotional regulation. My approach blends psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and Adlerian principles to address deep emotional dynamics and real-world concerns.
Therapy isn’t just our one-hour session—it’s what you do with the other 167. I assign homework to help you build lasting habits. Expect setbacks; they’re part of the process. When things don’t go as planned, I’ll be here to help you troubleshoot and move forward.
Children and Family
I work with children and adolescents by engaging the whole family. Kids don’t exist in isolation—they’re shaped by the systems around them. When one child struggles, the whole family feels it. That’s why family involvement leads to deeper, longer-lasting change. Let’s work together to create real progress.
1
Children Under 13
Trusting someone with your child’s well-being can be daunting. That’s why I prioritize alignment between parents and therapy goals. If you have a younger child, your active involvement is essential. You'll play a key role in intake, treatment planning, and the first and last 10 minutes of each session. This ensures we stay on the same page and work together for the best outcome.
2
Adolescents &
Teens
I work in partnership with you. Your teen is gaining independence but still needs your guidance. Your involvement is essential. You’ll take part in intake, treatment planning, and every 3rd or 4th session to ensure we find the right balance—supporting their growth while keeping you connected.
